Available for Delivery – Not Available in store – This is available to order and available to despatch and delivered as per delivery service selected at checkout, this item is not available in store.
Out of Stock – This is out of stock and we don’t have a given restock date as of yet (we may still be able source this but please call or email for further details)
Kayaks/Canoes – This is available to order and is currently with the manufacturer awaiting for us to collect and will be delivered as soon as we possibly can, normally within 7-21 days from order unless specified – Delivery cost specified at checkout
Kayaks and Canoes
All kayaks and canoes and any accessories ordered with them will be all delivered together, we deliver all of the kayaks and canoes in our own vans which are out on delivery runs every week, we endeavour to get all kayaks and canoes delivered as fast as possible, delivery normally takes 7-21 days but can be more in busy periods and also for remote areas and (Northern Ireland and other Isles information below)
Backordered kayaks and canoes will be delivered as soon as possible after we collect them from the factory, we do receive the kayaks in during the month also so kayaks can be delivered earlier than expected also.
We contact all customers prior to delivery and deliver Monday-Friday, we can not accommodate customer asking for only specific day delivery or specific times but we will do our best to work with all customers in order there kayak or canoe is delivered as best day/time as possible but any days/times outside of our normal delivery days will incure a charge if the customer requires a weekend delivery.
As we deliver all the kayaks and canoes ourselves we know that they get there in the best possible condition that they can as we only deliver these nothing else and we have been delivering kayaks and canoes ourselves for over 12 years now.
On the odd occasion we use a trusted specialist courier to deliver where times are likely to fall out of our timescale but we would notify you if this is likely to happen.
Kayaks and some paddles going to Islands off the UK Mainland can only be delivered to a freight forwarder for onward delivery to any Islands at the customer’s cost, customer to arrange this with the courier.
Kayaks and Canoes to go out to Northearn Ireland are delivered by a special courier (this cost is included in the delivery price).
